Q & A

How long will it last?
— Different metal types will offer different types of longevity and care. With our 14K solid gold chains, you can expect your chain to last a lifetime! With our 14K Gold Filled, these chains are expected to last for many years.
How permanent is it?
— It's only as permanent as you want it to be! The jewelry is connected to itself with a small weld, and not to your skin. The weld should make it lat as long as you want to wear it, but you are able to cut it off if wanted or needed. Be sure to keep your chain and we can re-attach it in the future!
Are there any risks to getting it done?
— There are no risks, and no - it doesn't hurt! We are going to ensure there is a safety barrier between your skin and the welding machine, as well as protecting your eyes with safety goggles.
Can you swim in a pool or ocean with it on?
— If your jewelry is 14K gold, there is absolutely nothing to worry about! Being solid gold, your jewelry is not going to change or tarnish with exposure to different water or chemicals. If you have selected a gold-filled option, it may over time begin to lose its finish with repeated exposure to chlorine or other chemicals.
How much does it cost?
— Our permanent jewelry services range in price based on the metal type of chain you choose, the style of chain, and how many inches you need. Our gold filled chains start at $7.00 per inch, and our 14K Gold chains start at $20.00 per inch. On average, people will require 6-8" for bracelets, 8-10" for anklets, and 16-20" for necklaces.
