WHAT IS OUR CANCELLATION POLICY?
You may cancel your appointment by call, text or other direct message up to 24 hours prior to your appointment. Within 24 hours of your appointment time you must call or text the spa to cancel/reschedule and our cancellation policy will come into effect.
Our online system is set up for you to receive a confirmation of your booking at the time the appointment is made and a reminder at 24 hours prior to your appointment.
Reminder: You cannot cancel or reschedule your appointment by replying to the 24 hour reminder notice message. You must call or message the spa directly.
If the appointment is cancelled within 24 hours notice but more than 12 hours in advance, a fee of 50% of the service cost may be charged. This will be determined at what time the call came into our clinic, or what time the email was received.
If the appointment is cancelled within 12 hours of the scheduled time or less, a fee of 100% of the service cost may be charged.
No Show appointments are automatically charged 100% of the service cost.
New clients booking will be required to reserve their appointment with a credit card. Our administrative team will ask to obtain the necessary information to have a credit card on file. Cards will not be charged at the time of booking.
Should there be a missed appointment or late cancellation that requires payment, the administrative team will be in contact to discuss your desired form of payment. If we are unable to contact you after a missed appointment, the card on file will be charged. Having a credit card on file simplifies this process.
If you can fill your appointment spot with another client (friend/family etc.) and we can confirm they are coming and their booking information, no cancellation fees will apply.
We understand that emergencies arise, please contact our team as soon as possible to discuss these situations for appointment cancellations.
